Steps:
- 1. Heat heavy bottomed, non-aluminum pot over high heat. Add oil and onions. 2. Reduce heat to medium and cook onions until lightly browned. 3. Add tomato paste. Cook paste, stirring frequently for 10 minutes, until it starts to brown on the bottom of the pan. 4. Whisk in beer scraping up bottom of pan. 5. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. 6. Cool and serve.
