My friend Linda served these and I would not leave until she gave me the recipe

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c butter softened
1/4 c chopped green onion
4 oz can chilis or jalepenos
1 c monterey jack cheese, grated
1/4 c mayonaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 french bread loaf (baguette)

Steps:

  • 1. Combine butter, onion, peppers, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder
  • 2. Slice bread 1/4 inch thick and spread with butter mixture
  • 3. Broil until cheese bubbles
