I've tried other make-ahead mashed potato recipes, but this one is by far the best. The potatoes stay creamy and fluffy, even after being reheated.

I've made mashed potatoes this way for years and they always turn out perfect. The key is to use Yukon Gold potatoes and plenty of butter and milk.
