These enchiladas are something different that are easier to serve without breaking apart. Very tasty and easy to prepare. I like to serve them with a side of mexican style rice.

I'm not a fan of enchiladas, but I thought these were pretty good. The manicotti shells were a nice touch and the filling was flavorful. I would definitely make these again.

These enchiladas were a bit too cheesy for my taste, but they were still pretty good. The manicotti shells were cooked perfectly and the filling was flavorful. I would definitely make these again, but I would use less cheese next time.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The manicotti shells were a bit too soft for my taste and the filling was a little bland. I might try it again with a different filling.

I tried this recipe last night and it was a disaster. The manicotti shells were overcooked and the filling was bland. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.
