Steps:
- 1. Cook beef, onion, salt, pepper and chili powder until meat is browned. Drain off fat.
- 2. Place six tortillas in a 13x9 casserole dish. Spread meat over tortillas. Follow with beans and rotel.
- 3. Slice cheese and layer on next. I have decreased the amount of cheese by half and it is still good.
- 4. Layer on 6 more tortillas. Top with cream of chicken soup. Cover with foil.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
