Mutton Mince Kebabs image

This was in today's Thursday magazine, submitted by Ayesha Majeed. I would be glad to try this with chicken instead of mutton. If you do, please let me know how it turns out.

These kebabs were a bit too spicy for my taste, but they were still very good. I think I would use less chili powder next time.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. I think I would add some more spices next time, maybe some cumin or chili powder.

These kebabs were a bit dry for my taste. I think I would add some more moisture next time, maybe by adding some vegetables or yogurt to the meat mixture.
