Oatmeal Pie image

This looks and tastes just like pecan pie, but it's made with oatmeal. My mom by marriage gave this recipe to me over 40 years ago. There's not a family get together without someone bringing one for our family dinners.

This pie is the worst thing I have ever eaten. I would rather eat dirt than eat this pie again.

This pie was disgusting. The crust was like cardboard and the filling was bland. I would not recommend this recipe to my worst enemy.

The pie crust was a bit too crumbly, but the filling was delicious. I would try a different crust recipe next time.

This pie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I think I would use less sugar next time.

This oatmeal pie was a hit with my family! The oats gave it a hearty and wholesome texture, while the apples and spices added a delicious sweetness and warmth. I will definitely be making this again.
