This salad is a great way to use up leftover oranges. I always have a few oranges in my fridge, so this is a great recipe to have on hand.

I'm not a huge fan of arugula, but I really enjoyed this salad. The oranges and walnuts helped to balance out the bitterness of the arugula.

I made this salad for lunch today and it was so refreshing! The arugula is peppery and the oranges are sweet and juicy. The walnuts add a nice nutty flavor and the feta cheese adds a bit of creaminess.
