Yield 1 Pie

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 tablespoon vinegar
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of chopped peacans or walnuts

Steps:

  • Beat until smooth butter & sugar Mix in cinnamon, nutmeg, vinegar and egg yolks (beaten) Fold in raisins and nuts Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the raisin mixture Pour into pie crust and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
