This pea puree is a staple in my kitchen. It's so easy to make, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I love serving it with roasted chicken or fish, or even just on its own with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

This pea puree was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it needed more salt and pepper. I also think a little bit of lemon juice or white wine would have helped brighten it up.

This pea puree was a bit too thick for my taste. I think I would have preferred it if it was a little bit thinner and creamier. Otherwise, it was a good recipe.

Meh. I found this pea puree to be a bit bland and uninspired. It needed more seasoning, and I think a little bit of lemon juice or white wine would have helped brighten it up. I wouldn't make this again.
