2 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp salt
2 clove garlic minced
1 bay leaf
3 c water
3 14 oz. cans of low sodium chicken broth
2 dried guajillo chiles

1/3 c chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 c slivered radishes (optional)
