RASPBERRY VANILLA SMOOTHIE image

Number Of Ingredients 5

125 g (4 oz) raspberries
150 g (5 oz) low-fat natural yogurt
2 drops vanilla essence
1 teaspoon clear honey (optional)
1 heaped tablespoon low-fat greek yogurt

Steps:

  • Put the raspberries, yogurt and vanilla essence in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Taste, and add the honey if necessary for sweetness. Put a couple of ice cubes in a glass, and pour in the smoothie. Spoon the Greek yogurt on top, add a straw and serve immediately.
