This recipe is a bit pricey, but it's worth it for a special occasion. The scallops were cooked to perfection and the sauce was divine. I served it with roasted vegetables and it was a perfect meal.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I ended up burning the scallops. I'll stick to simpler recipes in the future.

The scallops were a bit overcooked, but the sauce was delicious. I'll definitely try this recipe again, but I'll cook the scallops for a shorter amount of time.
