I couldn't find self-rising flour at the corner market. Found this on the web. It equals one cup so you can make a bunch and measure out what you need later.

I was skeptical at first, but I'm glad I tried this substitute. It worked great in my cornbread recipe and I couldn't tell the difference.

I've tried other self-rising flour substitutes before, but this one is by far the best. The biscuits were light and airy, and they had a great flavor.

This recipe was a lifesaver! I ran out of self-rising flour and didn't want to make a trip to the store. The substitute worked perfectly and my pancakes turned out fluffy and delicious.
