My mother came up with this lovely salad when she lived in Anchorage, Alaska, and I modified it to make it lower in fat. Instead of buying small shrimp and chopping them, I often use salad shrimp. -Adrienne Barbe of Litchfield, Connecticut

I found this salad to be a bit bland. I think it would have been better with a more flavorful dressing.

This salad was a bit too fishy for my taste. I think I'll stick to traditional shrimp salads in the future.

I'm not a huge fan of shrimp shells, but this salad was surprisingly good. The dressing really brought out the flavor of the shells.
