1 lb ground beef
1 large onion (Diced)
1 large green pepper (Diced)
2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5)
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 -2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until light brown.
  • Drain off fat.
  • Add Onions,Green Pepper, cook and stir until tender.
  • Stir in Tomatoes,Rice,Chili Powder,Salt,Ground Cumin and Pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low cover cook for 25-30 mins.
