This salad is a great way to use up leftover grilled chicken. I also added some chopped bacon and avocado.

I'm not a big fan of goat cheese, so I substituted feta cheese instead. It was still really good!

This salad is a great make-ahead meal. I made it the night before and it was still delicious the next day.

I found the salad to be a bit bland. I would add some more herbs and spices to the dressing.

The dressing is a bit too oily for my taste. I would recommend using less olive oil.

I love the combination of sweet and savory in this salad. The strawberries and goat cheese go really well together.

The dressing is simple but flavorful. I used a mix of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I added some grilled chicken and avocado to make it a more substantial meal.
