Steps:
- In small bowl, stir all ingredients except whipping cream until well mixed; set aside.
- In chilled small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Carefully fold into sour cream mixture.
- Store sauce covered in refrigerator.
