Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line a muffin pan with papers and set aside (or use silicone muffin pan).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
- Make a hole in the centre of the flourmixture and drop in eggs, butter and syrup.
- Mix with fork until it just comes together and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mash the two banasa with the back of a fork.
- Carefully fold bananas and walnuts into the batter.
- Fill 12 muffin cups evenly.
- Bake 20-22 minutes until lightly brown on top and toothpick comes out clean.
