Yummy Apple Mango Cobbler image

I adopted this recipe from the back of a sugar pack. The original recipe asked for peaches and no baking powder. My DH is very picky about desserts, this was his fav, Kids love it too..You can make it a day ahead. You can ad any fruit you like, serve it with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or enjoy as is.

Overall, I thought this cobbler was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The topping was a little too thick for my taste. I think I would have rolled it out thinner.

The cobbler was a little dry. I think I would have added more liquid to the filling.

This cobbler was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less sugar.

I was a little hesitant to try this cobbler because I'm not a big fan of mangoes. But I'm so glad I did! The mangoes added a sweetness and brightness to the cobbler that I really enjoyed. It's now one of my favorite desserts.

This cobbler is the perfect fall dessert. The apples and mangoes are at their peak, and the spices give it a warm and cozy flavor. I love that it's not too sweet, and the topping is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy.

I'm not much of a baker, but this cobbler was so easy to make. I used a store-bought pie crust, and the rest of the ingredients were things I already had on hand. It turned out great, and my family loved it.

This apple mango cobbler was an absolute delight! The flavors of the apples and mangoes blended perfectly, and the topping was crispy and golden brown. I served it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and it was the perfect ending to our meal.
