I'm not a fan of cheese straws, but my husband loves them. I made this recipe for him and he said they were the best cheese straws he's ever had.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted almond flour for the all-purpose flour. The cheese straws turned out great!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my cheese straws didn't turn out crispy. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

I've been making cheese straws for years and this recipe is by far the best. The dough is easy to work with and the straws come out crispy and cheesy. I've also tried freezing the dough before baking and it works just as well.
