Tips:

  • Tenderize the beef: For extra tender beef, consider marinating it in a mixture of vinegar, oil, and herbs for several hours or overnight before cooking.
  • Brown the beef: Browning the beef before adding it to the stew enhances its flavor and helps develop a rich, caramelized crust.
  • Use ripe tomatoes: The riper the tomatoes, the sweeter and more flavorful your stew will be.
  • Add vegetables: Feel free to add other vegetables to your stew, such as carrots, celery, potatoes, or bell peppers.
  • Cook low and slow: The longer you simmer your stew, the more tender the beef will become and the flavors will meld together.

Conclusion:

Alitas Tomato Beef Stew is an incredibly flavorful and hearty dish that's perfect for a cold winter night. With its tender beef, rich broth, and sweet tomatoes, this stew is sure to be a hit with the whole family. So next time you're looking for a comforting and satisfying meal, give this recipe a try!
