I found this recipe in my files. I dont remember where I got it, but it's good. I love the simplicity of the recipe.

- Combine oil and milk in a liquid measuring cup; stir to combine.

- 1. Pre head oven to 400. Prepare 1 pie crust in a pie plate and set aside.
- 2. Peel, core and slice apples and put them in a large bowl. add, sugar, flour and cinnamon and stir well to coat. Pour mixture into unbaked crust, dot with butter.

- In one bowl mix the 6 ingredents of topping and set aside. Place pie shell in a deep dish pie pan,crimp edges add sliced apples sprinkle cinnamon,dot with butter cubes, add walnuts.
