CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE COOKIES
A very dark, rich chocolate cookie for the true chocoholic. This recipe uses relatively little flour, resulting in dense, fudge-like cookies. These cookies keep well in the freezer (but you may have a hard time waiting for them to thaw before you eat them).

Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start baking, measure and prepare all of your ingredients. This will help you stay organized and avoid any mishaps.
- Use High-Quality Ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the final product. Use the best quality chocolate, butter, and flour that you can find.
- Don't Overmix the Dough: Overmixing the dough will make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are well combined.
- Chill the Dough: Chilling the dough before baking will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Bake the Cookies at the Right Temperature: The ideal temperature for baking cookies is 350°F (175°C). If you bake them at a higher temperature, they will brown too quickly and the inside will be undercooked.
- Don't Overbake the Cookies: Overbaking the cookies will make them dry and crumbly. Bake them just until they are set around the edges and the tops are just beginning to brown.
Conclusion:
Black truffle cookie bars are a delicious and decadent treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized to your own liking. With a few simple tips, you can make the perfect black truffle cookie bars that will impress your friends and family.
