8 ounces mascarpone, at room temperature
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, liquid squeezed out
Zest of 1 lemon plus 1 teaspoon juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon celery seeds
1 head celery, cut into 4-inch sticks

Steps:

  • Put the mascarpone in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade and pulse until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and add the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, horseradish, lemon zest and juice, salt and celery seeds. 1/2 cup spicy V8 vegetable juice
1/2 cup finely minced onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise

4 oz room temperature philadelphia cream cheese cubed
2 oz campbell's tomato juice
1 Tbsp juice of 1/2 small lemon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp finely minced white part of a green onion or sweet onion
1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs like cilantro or flat-leaf italian parsley
1-2 tsp tabasco to taste
1/4 c heavy cream
1 Tbsp worchester sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp horseradish
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

  • 1. Put ingredients 1-10 in a food processor and pulse until well blended. Add horseradish, salt and pepper; pulse. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Place in a serving container.
