1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 prepared angel food cake (8 to 10 ounces), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 quart fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
Additional blueberries, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in milk and dry pudding mix. Fold in 1-1/2 cups of whipped topping. , Place half of the cake cubes in a 3-qt. glass bowl. Layer with half of the berries and pudding mixture. Cover with remaining cake cubes. Layer with remaining berries and pudding mixture. , Spread remaining whipped topping over top. Garnish with additional berries if desired. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

1 cup chopped pecans

3 cups confectioners' sugar

2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes whipped topping mix
1 cup milk
1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

3 tablespoons butter
3 cups fresh blueberries or if out of season, Dole Frozen Blueberries
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup Amaretto
4 heaping tablespoon jam or preserves (i.e., raspberry, blackberry, boysenberry, etc.)

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add the blueberries, salt and toss and turn cooking about 5 minutes. Add the Amaretto cooking another 5 minutes; the berries will begin to burst and juice. Add the preserves or jam and blend. Reduce heat to low or simmer and cook another about 20 minutes to let the sauce thicken somewhat. Ready to serve and use however you decide!

1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 1/2 cups milk
2 (3 3/4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup Amaretto, divided
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
5 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine first 3 ingredients.
  • Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
