3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 tablespoons Bourbon
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
5 eggs
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons Bourbon
strawberry (to garnish)
blueberries (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • Combine the milk, vanilla, and 4 tablespoons bourbon.
  • In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat brown sugar and 1/2 cup sugar until lump free.

3 1/2 cups flour, plus more
flour, for flouring the pan
1 teaspoon baking powder

5 eggs, at room temp
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup Bourbon
2 cups toasted pecans, chopped
1/3 cup Bourbon
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
