3-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 25 crackers)

  • 1. Brown chopped onion in 2 T margarine in saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add flour and water. Stir and continue heating. 3. Blend in Cheese Whiz. Stir until melted. 4. Add broccoli. 5. In small pan, melt 4 T margarine. Stir in Ritz cracker crumbs. 6. Put broccoli mixture into casserole sprayed with Pam. Pour crumbs on top. 7. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
