Bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes or until dry and a light golden brown. Makes 24 big cookies.

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
