Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best results.
- Be sure to measure your ingredients accurately. This will help ensure that your cookies turn out perfectly.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. This will help create a smooth and even texture in your cookies.
- Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Overmixing will result in tough cookies.
- Fold in the candy corn and peanuts. Be careful not to overmix, as this will cause the candy corn to bleed into the dough.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Bake the cookies at the specified temperature and time. Overbaking will result in dry, crumbly cookies.
