CINNAMON SOUFFLE
This is such a simple recipe and so delicious. I have been going through a lot of my cookbooks looking for recipes with cinnamon. I have diabetes and cinnamon helps lower your blood sugars. This recipe is a keeper for anyone though. It's especially good served warm with vanilla icecream..

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thinly slice crust off of the bread and tear bread into small pieces. Layer in a sprayed 9x13" glass baking dish. Pour pineapple and juice over top of bread. Tips:
- For a light and fluffy soufflé, make sure to whip the egg whites until they are stiff peaks. This will incorporate air into the mixture, which will help it to rise in the oven.
- Do not overbeat the egg whites, as this can cause them to become dry and grainy.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the remaining ingredients. This will help to prevent the soufflé from deflating.
- Bake the soufflé in a preheated oven. This will help it to rise quickly and evenly.
- Do not open the oven door during baking. This can cause the soufflé to fall.
- Serve the soufflé immediately. It will begin to deflate as it cools.
Conclusion:
Soufflés are a delicious and impressive dessert that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are relatively easy to make, but they do require some care and attention. By following the tips in this article, you can make a perfect soufflé that will wow your guests.
