Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen cranberries and cherries. Fresh berries will give the cookies a more vibrant flavor, but frozen berries will work just as well.
  • Chop the cranberries and cherries finely. This will help them distribute evenly throughout the cookies.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies until they are golden brown around the edges. Overbaking will make the cookies dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before storing them. This will help them keep their shape and flavor.

Conclusion:

These Cranberry-Cherry Oatmeal Cookies are a delicious and healthy snack that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with wholesome ingredients like oats, cranberries, and cherries, and they are packed with flavor. The cookies are also relatively easy to make, and they can be stored for up to a week in an airtight container.
