2 cups macadamia nuts crushed, reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons sugar
3 cups cream
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
1 8-ounce block of cream cheese, softened
1 16-ounce tub of Cool Whip, softened

Steps:

  • Combine all crust ingredients and mash into the bottom of a greased 9x11 cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes in a 300 degree F oven. Set crust aside to cool while you prepare the filling.
  • Combine cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch into a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil over a medium flame. As the filling begins to thicken, add the butter, vanilla, and white chocolate chips. When the filling has thickened turn off the heat and whisk in the cream cheese. Pour the filling on top of the crust.
  • Allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes. Then take the Cool Whip and spread over the top of the filling. Garnish with the remaining macadamia nuts and chill until ready to serve.

2 (4 ounce) boxes vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 cup coconut
1 baked pie shell (I use a frozen pie crust)

Steps:

  • Thaw pie crust and bake according to directions on box; let cool.
  • Heat nuts, butter and sugar until it comes to a boil. Boil exactly 30 seconds and spread on bottom of baked crust; cool.

  • On a floured surface, roll each dough disk to fit a 9-in. deep-dish cast-iron or other cast-iron skillet. Line skillet with bottom crust. Spread into crust., In a large saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour and cornstarch; stir in water until smooth. Stir in 2 cups berries. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Cool slightly. Gently stir in the lemon juice, mint and remaining berries. Pour over cheese filling., Cut decorative cutouts from remaining crust; arrange over filling, leaving center uncovered. Brush crust with egg white; sprinkle with remaining sugar., Bake at 375° until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly, 35-40 minutes. If necessary, cover edges with foil during the last 15 minutes to prevent overbrowning. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers.

One of my favorite pies and so easy to make. If you love chocolate pie you will love this one.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 envelopes dream whip whipped topping mix
2 3/4 c cold milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 pkg jell-0 brand chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling or any other flavor (not cooked pudding)
1 9 inch baked pie chell, cooled

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare whipped topping mix with 1 cup of the milk and the vanilla as directed on the package, using large mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add remaining 1 3/4 cups milk and pie filling mix. Blend; then beat at high speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally.
  • 3. Spoon into pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours. You may garnish with whipped cream.

1 envelope unsweetened strawberry Kool-Aid mix
1 tablespoon strawberry ice cream topping
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
2 tablespoons hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the water and Kool-Aid mix until dissolved. Stir in strawberry topping. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and strawberry mixture until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread into crust. Chill for at least 1 hour or until set. , Drizzle hot fudge topping onto dessert plates; top with a piece of pie. Refrigerate leftovers.
