1 (18.25 ounce) package brownie mix
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
½ cup confectioners' sugar
30 milk chocolate candy kisses (such as Hershey's Kisses®), unwrapped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Stir brownie mix, oil, egg, and water together in a bowl until dough is thick and begins to pull away from sides of the bowl. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.

3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons hot water

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix cookie ingredients until well blended.
  • Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
  • Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon boiling water
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat egg, egg white and sugar. In a small bowl, dissolve coffee granules in boiling water. Add the coffee, butter and corn syrup to egg mixture; mix well. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts., Line baking sheets with parchment and lightly coat with cooking spray. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
