Steps:
- Prepare the vanilla instant pudding according to the package instructions. Once the pudding has set, stir in enough blue food coloring to make the ocean layer.
- Pour the graham cracker crumbs into a glass or plastic cup, reserving about 1 tablespoon on the side. Fill the cup with the blue pudding, leaving about 1 1/2 inches on top. Put a gummy ring around the bear-shaped graham cracker for a floatie, then place it on top of the ocean layer. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on the side of the cup to create a beach effect.

SAND PUDDING RECIPE
This is a recipe I shared last summer, but it was a big hit so I am sharing it here today and making up a batch for my family! The ingredients were simple as were the instructions to create this dessert that will have people wondering if it is REALLY sand or not. I brought it to our family reunion last Saturday after the Walk and it was quickly gobbled up! My daughter asked if I would make it again the next day. I'm pretty sure she single handedly ate half the pail herself. ;) Seriously though, this was very quick & easy dessert to put together with a LOT of wow factor included. This is a super quick & easy summer time dessert that is sure to be the talk of the party!

Tips:
- Choose the right yogurt. For a tangy and flavorful beach sand cup, use a plain or vanilla yogurt. If you prefer a sweeter cup, opt for a flavored yogurt like strawberry or blueberry.
- Use fresh fruit. Fresh fruit adds a burst of natural sweetness and flavor to the beach sand cups. Use your favorite fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or bananas.
- Don't overmix the ingredients. The beach sand cups are meant to have a layered look, so don't overmix the ingredients. Gently fold the graham cracker crumbs, yogurt, and fruit together until they are just combined.
- Chill the beach sand cups before serving. Chilling the beach sand cups for at least 30 minutes before serving helps to set the layers and makes them more refreshing.
Conclusion:
The beach sand cups are a fun and easy summer treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are a great way to use up leftover yogurt and fruit, and they can be customized to your liking. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a delicious and refreshing beach sand cup that will transport you to the beach, no matter where you are.
