Tips:

Selecting Cranberries: Choose firm, plump cranberries with a deep red color. Avoid berries that are soft, bruised, or have blemishes. Cooking Time: The cooking time may vary depending on the quantity of cranberries and the desired consistency of the jam. Cook until the mixture reaches a thick, spreadable consistency. Sugar Adjustment: The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to personal preference. For a tangier jam, reduce the sugar quantity; for a sweeter jam, increase it. Optional Add-Ins: To enhance the flavor of the jam, consider adding ingredients like orange zest, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger. Sterilize Jars: Before filling the jars with jam, ensure they are sterilized to prevent contamination. This can be done by boiling the jars in hot water for 10 minutes. Proper Storage: Store the cranberry jam in clean, airtight jars. The jam can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 months or frozen for up to a year.
