Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better the sauce will taste. If you can, use artichokes that are in season and ripe tomatoes.
  • Don't overcook the artichokes: Artichokes should be cooked until they are tender but still have a slight bite to them. If you overcook them, they will become mushy.
  • Use a good quality olive oil: Olive oil is a key ingredient in this sauce, so make sure you use a good quality one. Extra virgin olive oil is the best choice.
  • Season the sauce to taste: The amount of salt and pepper you add to the sauce will depend on your personal preferences. Taste the sauce as you go and adjust the seasonings as needed.
  • Serve the sauce immediately: This sauce is best served immediately after it is made. If you need to make it ahead of time, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

Linguine with artichoke tomato sauce is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The sauce is flavorful and creamy, and the artichokes add a nice touch of texture and flavor. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends!
