1 pound cooked chicken, diced
1 pound seedless red grapes, halved
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced horizontally
2 (8 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained and liquid reserved
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 cup chopped cashews
1 sprig fresh mint leaves, chopped, or to taste

1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup red seedless grapes (sliced to your liking)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (reg. or light)
1 celery rib, chopped

2 medium red apples, chopped
1-1/2 cups seedless grapes
2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
