Cucumber Salad With Soy, Ginger and Garlic image

Tips:

  • To make the perfect hard-boiled egg, place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover the pan and remove from heat. Let stand for 10-12 minutes, depending on how hard you want your eggs.
  • For a more flavorful tofu, press the tofu before cooking. This will help to remove excess water and allow the tofu to absorb more of the marinade.
  • If you don't have a bamboo steamer, you can steam the tofu in a colander set over a pot of boiling water.
  • To make the sesame sauce, simply whisk together the sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and water. You can adjust the consistency of the sauce by adding more or less water.
  • Serve the tofu and cucumber salad immediately, or chill it for later.

Conclusion:

Ming's Sesame Tofu and Cucumber Salad with Soy Sauce Eggs is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. The tofu is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the cucumber salad is refreshing and flavorful. The soy sauce eggs add a savory touch to the dish.
