1 cup orange marmalade

2 tablespoons grated orange peel (from 2 large oranges)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon orange-flavored liqueur or 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
2 eggs
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 drops orange food coloring (or 2 drops yellow and 1 drop red food color)
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Press cookie dough evenly on bottom and 1 inch up sides of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish (If dough is sticky, use floured fingers).
  • Sprinkle evenly with orange peel.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, marmalade and liqueur with electric mixer on medium-high speed about 1 minute or until well blended.

1/2 pint (1 cup) whipping cream, whipped
Orange peel curls, if desired

Steps:

  • In medium skillet, toast almonds over medium heat 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown. Immediately remove from heat; reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon fresh orange zest, divided
1 cup butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, almonds, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, and 1 tsp orange zest.
  • Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  • Press into bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

1/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar

FILLING:
3/4 cup cold whole milk

2 teaspoons grated orange zest
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
GLAZE:
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, juice drained and reserved

Steps:

  • Combine crust ingredients and press into an 8-in. square pan. Chill. For filling, combine milk, ice cream and orange zest in a bowl. Add pudding mix, beating slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of a mixer until well blended. Pour over crust. Chill until set, about 1 hour. Meanwhile, for glaze, combine cornstarch, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and reserved mandarin orange juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. 1 orange, zest of, grated

Steps:

1 pkg 3 oz jello orange flavor gelatin

1 tub 8 oz thawed cool whip whipped topping, divided
1/2 c cold milk
1 pkg 3-4 oz jello vanilla flavor instant pudding
1 tsp orange zest

Steps:

  • 1. Mix graham crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of 8-inch square pan.
  • 2. Microwave juice in microwavable measuring cup on high 1 minute. Add to gelatin mix in small bowl, stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.

  • Position oven rack in the middle of oven and preheat to 325°.

  • Add in the flour and mix in on lowest speed.
  • Remove the bowl from the mixer and use a large rubber spatula to finish mixing the dough.

2 box 4 servings each vanilla instant pudding
