1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. onion powder
12 round buttery crackers, crushed

Steps:

  • Heat oven 375ºF.
  • Cook rutabaga in boiling water in covered saucepan 45 min. or until tender; drain. Place in large bowl; mash until smooth. Add dressing, egg, flour, baking powder and seasonings; mix well.

2 each eggs, separated, divided
2 tablespoons butter
1 green onion, chopped, or more to taste
2 pinches dried dill weed, or more to taste
1 dash paprika
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 dash ground black pepper
4 each croutons, or more to taste
2 tablespoons chopped almonds, or more to taste

Steps:
