Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use fresh herbs and vegetables whenever possible.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different types of pasta. There are many different shapes and sizes to choose from, so you can find one that perfectly suits your dish.
  • When cooking pasta, be sure to salt the water generously. This will help the pasta to cook evenly and prevent it from sticking together.
  • Don't overcook the pasta. Cook it al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. This will give the pasta a better texture and flavor.
  • When making a sauce, be sure to simmer it for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • If you're making a creamy sauce, be sure to use a full-fat milk or cream. This will give the sauce a richer flavor and texture.
  • Don't be afraid to add a little spice to your pasta dishes. A pinch of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha can really liven up a dish.
  • When serving pasta, be sure to garnish it with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan cheese. This will add a pop of color and flavor to your dish.
