Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. A good semisweet or bittersweet chocolate will work well.
  • Make sure the butter is cold before creaming it with the sugar. This will help to create a light and fluffy frosting.
  • Don't overbeat the frosting. Overbeating can make the frosting grainy.
  • Chill the frosting for at least 30 minutes before using. This will help it to set and make it easier to spread.
  • If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off to spread the frosting.
  • Decorate the bars with your favorite toppings, such as chopped nuts, sprinkles, or candy pieces.

Conclusion:

Oh Henry! bars are a classic treat that is loved by people of all ages. This copycat recipe is easy to make and produces delicious bars that are just as good as the originals. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can enjoy these delicious treats at home.
