Steps:
- * Soften Cream Cheese and Butter at room temperature. * In a medium mixing Bowl, hand mix: Cream Cheese, Butter and Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. * Add Diced Green Onions and mix in well. * Divide mixture in half and roll into 2 balls. * Refrigerate until firm - about 2 hours. * Roll Cheese Balls in Crushed pecans until generously covered. * Continue to refrigerate until about 30 - 60 minutes before serving.
