CROUSTADE AUX POMMES AU SIROP D'ERABLE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 recipe - 6 ou 7 pommes pelées et coupée en morceaux
3/4 cup - 3/4 tasse de sirop d'érable
3/4 cup - 3/4 tasse de farine de blé entier (peut être fait avec farine ordinaire)
3/4 cup - 3/4 tasse de cassonade
3/4 cup - 3/4 tasse de flocons d'avoine
1 pinch - 1 pincée de sel
3/4 cup - 3/4 tasse de beurre ramolli

Steps:

  • Placer les pommes pelées et coupées en morceaux dans un plat allant au four. Verser le sirop d'érable dessus. Mettre de côté.
  • Mélanger ensemble la farine, la cassonade, l'avoine et le sel. Ajouter le beurre ramolli et mélanger jusqu'à consistance de grumaux. Verser cette préparation sur les pommes presser légèrement.
  • Cuire à découvert à 375ºF (190ºC) pendant environ 35 mn.
