Steps:
- Cake: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together by hand. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-35 minutes Topping: Mix milk, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread on top of cake.
