Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 C. frozen shelled edamame, thawed
3 TB Water
2 TB extra virgin olive oil
1TB fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 garlic clove, halved

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Cover and chill. Serve with pita chips or veggies.
