I'm not sure what went wrong, but my cheese ball turned out dry and crumbly. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

This cheese ball was a little too rich for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a lighter cheese, like cottage cheese or ricotta.

This recipe is a keeper! I've made it several times now and it always turns out perfectly. The cheese ball is always smooth and creamy, and the coating is crispy and flavorful. I love that I can customize it with different cheeses and toppings.
