8 oz organic dates
1/4 c almond meal
1/4 c organic coconut
shredded

Steps:

  • pit dates and then process dates in food processor until smooth. to food processor add almond meal, coconut and process. may add slightly more almond meal until consistency is formable. then in 1 tbsp portions, shape into balls. chill in fridge or freezer until served.
