My Great Aunt Lola was an AWESOME lady and the best baker in the WORLD! She lived to be in her 90's, she passed away back in '82. She is still missed by everyone!! This is one of her pies with pineapple and coconut! Enjoy!

I'm not a huge fan of pie, but this one was really good. The crust was especially tasty.

This pie was delicious! The only thing I would change is to use a bit less sugar in the filling.

This pie is a winner! The crust is flaky and buttery, and the filling is perfectly sweet and tart. I'll definitely be making this again.
